Our office is on Plot Number 40 in Sant Nagar, which is part of the Swami Vivekanand Society in Pune. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main roads, which helps when we need to sit down and focus on the technical side of our infrasolutions. We aren't a huge firm, just a dedicated group of people trying to make things work. Most of our day is spent coordinating between different sites and making sure our supplies are where they should be. Pune has been growing so fast, and being in a spot like Sant Nagar lets us stay connected to that growth without being stuck in the middle of a traffic jam every single hour. The office itself is quite plain. We have some shelves with project folders and a few old chairs for when visitors stop by. We don't spend much on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. Honestly, the work speaks for itself when the projects are finished. We usually take a break in the afternoon to get some chai from the corner shop and talk about how the projects are going. It’s a very grounded way of working. Sometimes things get stressful when materials are delayed, but that’s just part of the industry. We handle it as it comes. We’ve been at this for a while now, and we’ve learned that being honest and just doing the job is the best way to keep things going.
