Divya Gold Products

Divya Gold Products is based out of P-412 in the Akshadeep Apartments over in Ganesh Nagar. We’re right off Sinhagad Road, which is a major stretch that stays busy from morning until late at night. The apartment is where we handle all the coordination for our products. It’s a bit unusual for some people that we are in a residential-style building, but it works well for us and keeps things quiet enough to get work done most of the time. I usually start my day quite early, before the traffic on Sinhagad Road really picks up and the noise starts. The office has a balcony that looks out over some of the other buildings in Ganesh Nagar. We have boxes stacked up in the corner because we’re always sending things out to different parts of the city. It’s just a few of us here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to packing up orders and making phone calls. The walls are painted a simple white, and we have a few pictures of our families on the desks. It’s a very personal way to run a business. We know our neighbors, and they know us. Sometimes the delivery guys have trouble finding the right apartment block, so I often have to go down to the gate to wave them in. It's just a normal, everyday business trying to stay busy.
