You can find Diligence India Pvt. Ltd. near the Vishnu Mandir, right by Gate No. 53 on Alandi Road in Talwade. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows the temple. Our place is just down the road from there. We aren't some massive company with thousands of employees. We are a smaller team working out of this spot in Talwade. The traffic on Alandi Road can be a real headache in the mornings, but once you get inside the gate, it’s a bit calmer. We have our work areas set up and we spend the day going through our tasks. It is mostly technical work that requires a lot of focus. We don't have a fancy lobby or someone to open the door for you. You just walk in and find whoever is available. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea stall owner knows our usual orders. The office has a lot of stacks of paper and old computers, but we know where everything is. We try to keep things simple. No one wears a suit and tie here. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a project, and the sound of the evening bells from the temple is quite nice. It’s just a regular workplace where we do our best. We just keep pluggin away at the daily grind and hope for the best.
