Lonavala is a good place to work especially when the weather is nice. Our office is located in the Lakaki Compound which is over in the Tungarli area. We are at plot number 413. It is much quieter up here than it is down in the main market area. We spend our days dealing with various building projects around the town. The air is fresh but the monsoon can make things difficult for construction. Sometimes the fog gets so thick we can hardly see the road outside our door. We are a small group and most of us have lived in Lonavala for a long time. We don't do anything too complicated and we don't use big words to describe our work. We just build things that people need. The compound has a lot of history and everyone around here knows our face. If you visit us you will probably see us looking at maps or talking to suppliers on our mobile phones. It is not a shiny office with glass walls or anything. It is just a practical space where we can sit down and get the work sorted. Building in the hills has its own problems like the steep roads but we have managed to figure it out over the years. We started Dhrisha Buildcon to handle the local demand. Most of our time goes into making sure the materials arrive when they should. It is just honest work.
