Dhavaldeep Developers & Krishna Developers

You can find us on the second floor of Gokul Society, right on Fergusson College Road. It’s a pretty active part of Pune with all the students and shops around. We go by Dhavaldeep Developers and Krishna Developers, which sounds like a lot, but we all sit in the same office. The space isn't huge, but it fits our desks and the big table where we spread out the building plans. Some days the office is really quiet, just the sound of pens scratching on paper, and other days it’s loud with people coming in to ask about plots or construction updates. We’ve got a lot of maps pinned to the walls. They are a bit curled at the edges now. FC Road is always noisy, but being on the second floor helps a bit with the sound. We’ve been in this building for years, and the neighbors know us well. We don’t have a flashy showroom. Usually, we are just busy with permits, talking to contractors, or checking on site progress over the phone. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we’re used to it. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We drink a lot of tea while looking over contracts. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation here, making sure the projects keep moving along as they should.
