Dharti Ambar Land Private Limited is based over at Ganesh Colony. To be exact, we’re at Cts No. 11423 on T. V. Center Road. We’ve been in this office for a good while. It’s nothing too special to look at, just a place where we handle land paperwork and talk to people about different properties. The traffic on T. V. Center Road can be a real headache during the morning hours, so we usually don't get started until things calm down a bit. We are just a small group of people trying to figure out the real estate market in this area. It involves a lot of boring paperwork and going back and forth with the local authorities. Sometimes our old printer jams up or we run out of milk for tea, but we manage to keep things going day to day. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone doing ads for us. Most of our work comes from folks who just know where our office is in Ganesh Colony. It’s a quiet enough spot once you step inside from the road. We have a few old wooden desks and some filing cabinets that are starting to show their age. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a window that lets in a decent breeze now and then. We just do our thing every day, looking at maps and checking boundary lines.
