Our office is up on the fourth floor of Arth Vishwa. It's located in Lane No. 5 over in Koregaon Park, which is a pretty nice spot to be. We’ve been here for a bit now, handling various project details for our construction work. It’s not a huge space, but it fits us just fine. We spend our time looking at drawings and talking to contractors. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving, I guess. We do a lot of planning here for different building jobs. It’s mostly about keeping track of all the moving parts. One day it’s plumbing issues, the next it’s something with the structural beams. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We're just people who like to see things get built the right way. The area around Koregaon Park is always changing, and we’re part of that in our own small way. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us answering the phones and making sure the bills get paid. If you come by, you might hear us arguing about a timeline or laughing over a mistake. It’s a real workplace, messy and busy. We just try to get the work done without making a big fuss about it. That's pretty much how we operate every day from this office.
