You can find us over in Kharadi, specifically at Lane Number 7 in the Apleghar Society. Dhamale&Pande Constructions Private Limited started out here because we already knew the Pune area pretty well. The office is located at S.No. 56, and it’s a pretty typical construction office with a lot of dust on the boots and stacks of files on the desks. We don't go for the high-end corporate look because that just isn't who we are. We’re builders, mostly. We spend our mornings checking on various sites around the M.Corp limits and then we come back here in the afternoon to handle the administration side of things. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, and we’ve lived in this part of Pune for ages, so we’ve seen how much Kharadi has changed over the years. We didn't want a fancy office in a glass building; being in a regular society feels more like home and keeps us close to the people we actually build for. It’s a lot of hard work, and sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or material issues, which we just have to deal with as they come. We focus on the bricks and mortar side of things and try to keep our promises to the people who trust us with their projects.
