DEVSHREE ERECTORS LLP

Our base is in the Pashan area of Pune, specifically in Sutarwadi. We are located at Survey Number 112/8B, near Shivnagar. It’s a bit of an industrial feel around here, which fits what we do perfectly. We are erectors, so we deal with the heavy lifting and the structural side of things. There is always the sound of something being moved or a truck passing by outside. Haveli is a large taluka, and we cover a lot of ground from this little spot. The office is really just a place to coordinate the crews and make sure the materials are going where they need to go. It’s not a place for fancy furniture or expensive carpets. We have some heavy-duty desks and a lot of safety gear hanging on the walls. The dust is a constant companion in Sutarwadi, especially when the wind picks up in the afternoon. We’ve been working in the Pune construction scene for a long time now. The guys on the team are mostly from around here or the neighboring villages. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to do the taxes. Most of the real work happens out on the sites, away from the office. When we are here, it’s usually to grab some tools or check a blueprint. It’s a gritty job, but it’s what we know how to do best. We just keep our heads down and work.
