Our place is at Ankur Apartment, specifically care of Datta Jadhav. It’s near Samarth Nagar in a building called Ankur Appt. The CTS number is 20592/49/28 if you happen to be looking at the old property records. We aren’t in a big commercial plaza or anything. It’s a residential building where we set up our office to keep things simple and low-key. Dealing with infrastructure means we are usually out on the road or at a construction site somewhere, so having a quiet spot like this helps when we need to sit down and do the paperwork. The area around Samarth Nagar is usually pretty active during the day. We have some basic desks and a few computers, and that’s about it for the setup. There’s always a stack of papers related to some road project or a new layout sitting on the table. Datta is around most of the time to handle the day-to-day things. We don't really do much in terms of fancy meetings. If someone needs to talk to us about a project, they just come by and we sit in the front room. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of office. We’ve had this setup for a while now. The building is a bit older, but it works fine for us. Infrastructure work is mostly about solving problems and making sure things are built right, so we don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks.
