We are Devaditya Developers Private Limited. Our office is right here in Maula Bagh, specifically at Shila Devihouse, number 194B. It is a quiet spot, and we spend most of our mornings sitting around the desk checking on paperwork for the various building projects we have going on. It isn’t a fancy corporate setup by any means. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Some people have a hard time finding house 194B the first time they visit because the numbering in Maula Bagh can be a bit tricky if you aren't from around here. We just handle the day-to-day things that come with being developers. There’s always a lot of phone calls to make and people to meet about site visits. Sometimes the tea runs out and someone has to head down the street to grab more from the local shop. We try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. Being a small team means we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s filing documents or talking to contractors on the phone. The office gets a lot of light in the afternoon which makes it a nice place to sit and get the planning done. We just do our work and go home when the day is finished. It’s pretty straightforward really. We like being part of the local area and seeing how things change over the years. It is a slow process sometimes, but we just keep at it every single day.
