Our office is not in one of those new glass buildings you see popping up everywhere. It is a more traditional setup, almost like being in a home office because we are literally "care of" someone. There is a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, so our desks are usually piled high with site plans and legal documents. We don't have a marketing team writing shiny brochures for us. We just talk to people who come by. Pune has grown so much in the last ten years, and being in a spot like Erandwana keeps us close to the action without being in the middle of the chaotic market areas. We spend a lot of time visiting different sites and then coming back here to update the logs. It's a lot of quiet work and occasional loud discussions over tea. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle. We take things as they come and try not to get too stressed when things at the site don't go exactly as planned. That is just life.
