DELTA LANDMARKS LLP is right in the middle of Shivajinagar in Pune. We are near Kamala Nehru Park, which is a nice landmark if you are trying to find us. The address is CTS No 783. It is a busy part of town. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It is just a place where we sit down and handle our landmark projects. We do a lot of work with land and developments. It involves a lot of meetings with government offices and engineers. We are not a flashy company. You won't see us running big ads in the paper. We just focus on the sites we are working on. Shivajinagar has changed a lot, and we have been watching it happen from our window. There is always construction noise somewhere nearby. We have a small team here. Everyone knows everyone. We do not have strict corporate rules about what to wear or how to talk. We just expect everyone to do their part. Some days we are out on site most of the time, so the office stays empty. We do not pretend to be the biggest players in Pune. We just take our work seriously and try to keep things simple. It is about building things that last. We like being local. It feels right to be part of the city’s growth in our own small way.
