DELTA ESTATES LLP

We have been at Sterling Plaza for a while now. It is located on J M Road, right in the Shivajinagar area, so it is quite a busy spot. Most of us get here early to beat the traffic, but that doesn't always work out like we plan. The office is in Suite 302. Delta Estates LLP is basically just a few of us working through paperwork and meeting folks who come by the building. It gets pretty noisy outside because of the main road, but inside it is mostly just the sound of keyboards and the tea guy coming around. Sometimes we forget how many people pass by this building every single day. Shivajinagar has changed a lot since we first started here, with new shops opening up all the time. We mostly stick to our own routine. There is a small place downstairs where we usually get our lunch. Most days are spent on the phone or looking at site plans on the big table. It is not a very big team, so we all know what everyone else is doing. Dealing with property stuff in Pune keeps us busy enough. We don't really have a fancy reception or anything like that, just some chairs and a desk. If you are looking for us, we are just up the stairs or the lift in the plaza. It is a practical space. We have got files everywhere, to be honest. That is just how it goes when you stay in one place for a bit.
