Delta Engineering

Delta Engineering is located in the Bhosari Industrial Estate over in the MIDC area. Specifically, we are in Building A1 of the Goyal Industrial Premises, Shop No 6/B on Plot J-514. It’s a long address for a pretty small shop. The space is filled with heavy machinery and metal scraps. We do a lot of machining and fabrication work here. It’s usually loud and a bit oily on the floor, no matter how much we try to keep it tidy. We have a small crew of workers who have been doing this for years. They don't need much instruction anymore; they just know what needs to be done when a new job comes in. We don't have a fancy office suite. Our office is really just a desk in the corner of the shop where we keep the invoices and a very old computer. The heat in the afternoon can be tough, especially with the machines running, but we have a few big fans to keep the air moving. We aren't into big corporate talks or mission statements. We just take the drawings we get, cut the metal, and make sure the parts are right before they go out. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. Most of our neighbors in the building are doing the same thing, so we all know each other and help out when someone needs a tool or a hand with a heavy load. It's just how we do things here. Every day is pretty much the same routine for the whole crew.
