Delight Green Touch Developers Private Limited is based out of Mohite Paradise in Hingane Kd. We are in office number 2/4 on the second floor. The area is a bit quieter than the main city center, which we actually like. It gives us some room to think. We focus on development projects around Pune. Our office is simple, nothing too fancy. Just some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of maps on the walls. We spend a lot of our time out in the field looking at plots or checking on construction progress. Hingane Kd is a nice enough area and it’s growing quite a bit these days. We’ve been working in this industry for some time now, so we’ve seen the ups and downs of the property market. We don’t have a flashy website or a big sales team. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing our name on a site. It is a slow and steady kind of business. We try to keep our feet on the ground and deal with problems as they come up. There’s always some issue with a contractor or a delay with some material, but we just handle it. We are just local developers doing what we know how to do, without any of that corporate fluff.
