We are up on the 7th floor of the C Wing in Kapil Towers. If you’re looking for Defiance Technologies Limited, that’s where you’ll find us, right on Dr. Ambedkar Road. It’s a big building, and there are always people going up and down the elevators. Being on the 7th floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually packed with cars and people. Our office is a busy place with a lot of desks and computers. It’s not like a workshop where there’s grease and loud machines, but it’s still hard work in its own way. We spend a lot of time on the phones or looking at screens. Dr. Ambedkar Road is a main artery, so it’s easy to get here, but the traffic can be a nightmare during the evening rush. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls or anything. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning. We have our coffee, we do our tasks, and we try to get through the day's list. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how it goes in a place like Kapil Towers. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change around us. It’s a busy workspace, but we’re all just regular people trying to do our jobs well and get home to our families without spending too long in traffic.
