You can find us at Samadhan, specifically offices 20 and 21, in Patwardhan Baug. This is in the Erandwane area, which is a nice part of the city to work in. Decotrans I Pvt Ltd isn't some giant firm with hundreds of people. We’re a smaller group of colleagues who have mostly worked together for a long time. The office is simple and functional. We don't have any of those fancy coffee machines or bean bags you hear about in modern offices. We just have our desks, our computers, and our tea breaks. Patwardhan Baug is a relatively quiet spot compared to some of the busier commercial districts, which makes it easier to focus. We don't spend much time on self-promotion or advertising. Most of our work comes from people who already know us. We just try to be reliable and get through the tasks on our desks each day. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have long speeches about our values or anything like that. We just come in, do what needs doing, and go home to our families. It’s an honest way to work, and we like the pace of things here in Erandwane. It’s just us, working out of a quiet corner of the city, keeping things moving.
