Our place, Deccanbhoomi Developers Private Limited, is situated out in Alephata, which is part of the Junnar Taluka in the Pune district. To find us, you’d head to Mr. Gorakh Madhav Kamble’s place at number 846 in Ale. It is a bit of a drive if you are coming from the main Pune city, but it’s a lot more peaceful out here. We spend our days looking at land and figuring out how things are going to be laid out. The office isn't anything special, just a functional space where we keep our files and meet people. Being in a place like Ale means you know your neighbors and you see the same people at the market every week. We deal with a lot of local stuff, mostly focused on what’s happening right here in the district. It’s a lot of walking around in the sun and checking on things. Sometimes we sit at the office for hours just going over the details of a project. It’s hard work, and the days can be long, but that’s just how development goes. We are comfortable being a local business in this part of Pune. People know where to find us, usually just by asking for Mr. Kamble’s house. We don't have a big sign or anything, we just focus on the work at hand and try to make sure things get done right. It’s a quiet life compared to the city, but we like it that way and we just keep moving forward.
