We are based in Yerwada. Db Realty is just the name on the door. It’s a neighborhood where everyone knows everyone, and we’ve been part of it for a while. Mostly we just help folks find a place to stay or maybe a small shop for their business. Yerwada has a lot of energy. It’s not like the fancy parts of the city where everything is glass and steel. Here, it’s more about real people and older buildings. We spend a lot of our time walking around the lanes, checking out which rooms are vacant. Sometimes we get busy with paperwork and sometimes we’re just sitting here waiting for the phone to ring. We don’t have a massive team or anything. It’s just us. If you’re looking for something in Yerwada, you probably already know how things work here. It's a lot of talking to neighbors and keeping your ears open. We try to keep track of who is moving out and who is looking to buy. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy. People stop by for tea and ask about prices. We don't always have the answers right away, but we find out. The office isn't much to look at, just a desk and some chairs, but it's where we do our thing.
