We are located over at Alfa Tower in Tathwade, right behind Indira College. Davina Builders Private Limited has been operating from Flat No.702 for a while. Being in Pune, things move fast, but we try to keep a steady pace. Construction involves a lot of moving parts that people don't see. It's not just about the finished building; it's about the months of dust and noise that come before it. We spend our days coordinating with various crews and making sure the ACE Almighty site or whatever project we have is moving along. The traffic in Tathwade can be a nightmare, so we usually start our days early. We aren't some big corporate machine with a million employees. We are a smaller team that knows the local area well. Sometimes things go wrong, a shipment is late or the rain stops work, and we just deal with it. That is just part of the reality of building things in this city. Our office isn't fancy, just a place to keep the files and meet with the foremen. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. We stay busy and try to do right by the people we work for. It takes a lot of effort to get everything right, but we stay on it.
