Darshan Engineering Enterprises

Darshan Engineering Enterprises is tucked away in the Vishwakarma Industrial Estate, right across from the S.R.P. Quarters in Saijpur Bogha. If you know the area, you know it's a busy spot with a lot of noise and trucks moving in and out. We’ve been operating out of this unit for years. The shop floor is always covered in metal shavings and oil, which is just how an engineering place should be, I guess. We do a lot of fabrication and machining work here. It's not the kind of place where you'll find someone in a suit. Most of us are in greasy clothes, working the lathes or welding something together. We get a lot of orders from other businesses nearby that need specific parts made or something heavy repaired. The heat in the summer can get pretty bad inside the shed, but we keep the fans going and just get on with it. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought because a machine breaks down or the material doesn't show up on time, but that’s just how things go in this line of work. We aren't a giant factory, just a local enterprise trying to do decent work for the people who come to us. You can usually hear the sound of grinders and hammers long before you reach our door. It’s loud, it’s messy, and it’s what we do every day.
