DANNYYY'S RIVERSIDE COTTAGE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Our business is called Dannyyy's Riverside Cottage (OPC) Private Limited. We are located at FL-B-102, Venkatesh Nisarg, which is in Wadgaon BK in Pune. We are near Hotel Ashirwad, so that’s a good landmark if people are trying to find us. Being in Wadgaon BK, we are a bit away from the main rush of the city center, which is nice. Our office is in a residential complex, so it’s got a very neighborly feel to it. We deal with cottage and hospitality stuff, and since we have 'Riverside' in our name, we always have that connection to the water and nature in mind. It’s just one person running most of it since it’s an OPC, but there’s help when needed. The area around Venkatesh Nisarg is pretty decent, and we enjoy the bit of peace we get compared to places like Deccan or Camp. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just find us working at a desk with some tea. We started this because we liked the idea of a riverside stay and wanted to make that a reality. It’s been a lot of paperwork and small steps, but we are getting there. We don’t use a lot of corporate talk here. We just say things as they are. It’s a practical little business run from a quiet flat in Pune, and we are happy with that. It's just simple work.
