D Two D Express Cargo

We are out in Nigdi, at Plot No 73 in Section 23 of Transport Nagar. This area is built for trucks and big vehicles, so there is a lot of space and a lot of dust. We handle express cargo, which means our day is mostly about loading and unloading stuff. The office part is just a small section of the plot where we keep the records and the computer. Most of the action happens outside where the vehicles are parked. It can get very hot out here during the day, and there isn’t much shade unless you are standing behind a truck. We have a lot of crates and boxes sitting around at any given time. The sound of engines idling is something you hear from morning till night. It’s a busy environment where everyone is in a hurry to get their load on the road. We wear simple clothes that we don't mind getting dirty because of all the moving around. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go when we have a break between shipments. It is a very practical place with no frills. We focus on the packages and making sure the drivers have their paperwork ready. It is hard work, especially when the weather is bad, but it is what we do here in Transport Nagar. The trucks come and go at all hours, and we just keep the cargo moving.
