D. S. Kulkarni Devlopers Ltd.

Our office for D. S. Kulkarni Devlopers Ltd. is way out in Ambegaon Bk., specifically near the Jambhulwadi Road in the Telco Colony area of Pune. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center, but it’s where a lot of the new growth is happening. Being in Taluka Haveli, we are right where the construction action is. Most days, we have dust on our shoes from visiting the different building sites nearby. We talk to contractors, laborers, and people looking to buy their first home. It’s a lot of explaining how things are going to look once the concrete dries and the paint is on. The office itself is pretty simple. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and lots of maps of the local area pinned to the walls. We deal with the typical headaches of development, like delays in materials or rain stopping work for a few days. It is not an easy business because there are so many moving parts to keep track of. We know the roads around here like the back of our hands. Even though it’s busy, we try to keep a friendly atmosphere. People stop by to ask questions about the land or the new flats. We just give them the straight answers without any of that fancy talk you hear in commercials.
