D-RMC & BUILDCON LLP

Our place is called D-RMC & Buildcon LLP. We are situated near the Hotel D Plyales, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find where we are. The specific spot is SNO 2/1 in Bavdhan Kh, right on the NDR Road. Being in Pune, specifically out toward the Bavdhan area, means we see a lot of the newer growth happening every month. We mostly handle ready-mix concrete and general building construction. It's messy work most days but it's essential for the projects around here. The office is pretty basic and functional. We spend more time worrying about the trucks and the delivery schedules than the interior decor. NDR Road is usually quite busy with traffic, so we have to stay on top of things to make sure everything gets where it needs to go on time. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of offices across the country. We're just a local outfit doing buildcon work. We've got our equipment and our small team, and we just try to keep the wheels turning. Dealing with RMC requires a lot of timing and coordination. If a truck is late or the mix isn't right, everything stops, so we spend a lot of time on our mobiles. It's a lot of hard work and sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate with our pouring schedule, but that's just the construction business for you. We've been in this Bavdhan location for a bit and it works for our needs. It’s close enough to the main roads to get the material moved easily.
