If you head into the J Block of the MIDC area in Bhosari, you’ll find us at Ja3/3. It’s a typical industrial spot. The roads around here are always full of trucks and tempos moving parts around. We’ve been operating out of this unit for a long time now. It’s basically just a large shed with all our machines lined up. The floor is usually covered in some kind of metal shavings or grease, no matter how much we try to sweep it up. Working in Bhosari means you get used to the noise of the neighboring factories. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot. Most of the guys who work here live nearby, so they just walk or take a cycle. We do a lot of small-scale engineering tasks. Someone brings in a drawing or a broken part, and we see what we can do with it. It’s practical work. There isn’t much room for an office, so we just have a small corner with a table and a few ledgers to keep track of orders. Sometimes things get backed up when a machine breaks down, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know we are here in the J Block. It’s a tough environment but it’s what we know. We just focus on the next job and don't worry too much about the rest.
