D and T Buildcon LLP is located over in Narayan Peth, inside a place called Moreshwar App. We are in Flat Number 201. If you’ve ever tried to drive through the narrow lanes of Narayan Peth in Pune, you know how tricky it can be. It’s a very traditional part of the city, and our office reflects that. It’s basically a converted residential space, which makes it feel more like a home than a stiff corporate office. We do all our planning and paperwork here. There’s usually a pot of tea going and someone is always coming in with news from a construction site. It gets a bit cramped when we have a few people over, but we make it work. We’ve been operating from this part of Pune City for a while now. The 411030 area has its own charm, even if the traffic is a headache. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, look at the schedules, and try to make sure the building work is actually getting done. Sometimes we stay late when a project is at a critical stage, and the quiet of the neighborhood at night is actually quite nice. It’s just us, a few desks, and a lot of work to do. We like being local and being part of the regular life here in the Peth. It might not be the fanciest office, but it’s where we get our best work done.
