CTM CONSTRUCTION LLP

CTM CONSTRUCTION LLP operates out of a small shop in Laxmi Nivas. We are at Shop Number 4 on Survey Number 9/1/1. It is a modest little place, nothing like those big glass towers you see in the city center. When you walk in, you will likely see a couple of us hunched over a desk or talking on the phone with a supplier. The walls are pretty plain, maybe with a calendar or a map of the local area pinned up. Laxmi Nivas is a familiar landmark for us, and we have gotten used to the daily routine of the neighborhood. The construction business is mostly about keeping things moving, so there is always a sense of being busy even when the office is quiet. We do not have a front desk person or a waiting lounge. If you come by, you just walk in and talk to whoever is available. Sometimes the shop gets a bit hot in the summer, so the door stays open to catch whatever breeze there is. It is a very hands-on way to run a business. We handle the paperwork, the scheduling, and the local coordination right from this spot. It is just a regular workspace for people who are more comfortable with tools and blueprints than with corporate meetings. We take the work as it comes and try to stay organized in our own way. We do not mind the small space because it keeps us near the jobs.
