We're based out of Rohan Mithila in Viman Nagar. If you've ever been stuck in traffic near the Pune airport, you've probably passed our building. It's a busy spot but we like it here. Crespa Realtors and Developers Private Limited started as a small idea. Mostly we just deal with local land and buildings around this side of town. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to people on the phone. My desk is usually covered in site plans and coffee mugs. Some days we are out on sites in the sun, other days we’re stuck in the office at O-501. It’s not a fancy setup. Just a bunch of us trying to get projects moving. People ask why we picked Viman Nagar, but it’s just convenient for getting to meetings. It’s nice to walk around during lunch, though finding a good parking spot is always a struggle. Sometimes the planes overhead are so loud we have to stop talking for a second. We've been doing this for a bit now. Sometimes things get delayed because of rain or permits, but that’s just how construction goes in Pune. We don't have a big flashy showroom. Most of our work happens through word of mouth. We know the neighbors. We know which roads get flooded. We just focus on the actual building work and selling what we’ve finished. It’s hard work, but seeing a building actually stand up after months of digging is a good feeling. We’re just regular folks working in real estate.
