Crazy Dance Academy

We started Crazy Dance Academy right here in Hadapsar 37 because there wasn't much around for kids to do after school. The studio isn’t anything fancy with marble floors or big lights, but it works for us. Most days you can hear the music from the street before you even get to the door. We have some fans that rattle a bit when they are on high, but nobody seems to mind once the dancing starts. It’s mostly just people from the neighborhood coming in to move around and get some exercise. Some of the kids are really good and others just like to jump about, which is fine by us. We spend a lot of time cleaning the mirrors because they get smudged with handprints every single afternoon. It gets pretty hot in here during the summer months but we just open the windows and keep going. The parents usually wait outside or chat near the entrance while the classes are happening. Sometimes the music is a bit too loud for the shop next door but we try to keep it down when they ask. It’s a simple setup we have going here. We aren't trying to be some big city stage school or anything like that. Just a place in Hadapsar for people who like to dance. Anyway, that’s pretty much how things are at our academy. We just show up, put on the music, and get to work every day of the week.
