Cougar Hospitality operates out of City Avenue, which is a pretty well-known building in the Wakad area of Pune. Our office is M-69 on the fourth floor. Wakad has changed a lot lately with all the new construction, but we have stayed put here. It’s a decent spot for us because it’s close to the highway and easy for people to get to. We are a small group of people who just want to do our jobs well without making a big deal out of it. We don't have those fancy open-plan offices you see on TV. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of coffee. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking emails to make sure the hospitality side of things is moving along. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when things get busy. We don't go in for big corporate speeches or anything like that. We just focus on the day’s tasks and try to stay organized. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with paperwork, but that's how you know we are actually working. We like the energy in Pune right now, especially in this part of town. It feels like everyone is trying to build something. We are just one of those businesses trying to keep our head down and stay consistent.
