Coreyards Assets Llp

We set up our office at Global Business Hub in Kharadi, right on the 6th floor. Being Office No. 606 means we get a bit of a view of the area, which is mostly just more buildings and construction since Pune is growing so fast. We are quite close to the World Trade Center, so the whole neighborhood has that busy, working vibe. At Coreyards Assets Llp, the day starts with the usual commute through the Kharadi traffic, which isn't great, but once we're in the office, it's alright. The office is a bit more modern than some other places, but we still have that habit of keeping things a bit messy with blueprints and coffee mugs everywhere. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens and talking about asset management. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s just us handling the day-to-day operations. Sometimes the elevator takes forever because the building is so full of other companies, but that's just part of working in a hub like this. We focus on the details of what we’re managing and try to keep our clients updated without making things too complicated. It’s a practical place for practical work. We’ve been here for a bit and have seen the area change a lot. Mostly, we just try to stay organized and keep the work moving forward without too much fuss.
