CORAZON HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Bavdhan in Pune. You can find us at Pebbles II, in Wing E2. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the main city, but it is a growing area. We are located right behind the DSK Toyota showroom. Our office is actually in a flat, number E-1106. It gives the place a more personal feel than a cold office building. We work on residential stuff. It is a lot of planning and making sure things are built right. We are not a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a dedicated group of people. Some days the office is quiet, and other days it is chaotic with people coming and going. Bavdhan has a lot of hills around it, so the air is a bit better here than in the center. We chose this spot because it is close to where a lot of development is happening. We do not have a shiny lobby or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door opens it. We talk to our clients like normal people, not using a script. It is just about getting the houses finished and making sure the paperwork is in order. We make mistakes sometimes, like anyone else, but we fix them and move on. It is a straightforward business. We just want to do our jobs and go home.
