We are located in the Erandwana area of Pune, specifically in the Swojas Gulmohar Apartments. Our office is Flat number seven. It’s a quiet enough spot in a very busy city. We deal with real estate and estate management around this part of town. Being in Erandwana is nice because everything is close by and easy to reach. We spend our mornings going through property listings and our afternoons meeting people who are looking for a new place to move into. It is a lot of walking and talking most days. The office isn't very big, but it suits us just fine for what we need. We have a few desks and some files on the shelves. We’ve seen Pune change a lot over the years, and we try to keep up with all the new developments. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming with all the rules, but that is just the nature of the estate business. We are not a massive firm with lots of branches; we are just a small group of people who know the local market well. If you are in the Erandwana neighborhood, you might have seen us out and about. We don't wear suits every day or act like we are in a high-rise corporate office. We just work hard and try to be helpful to those who come in. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We enjoy the local food around the office and the people we meet daily.
