CONSTRUCTIVIQ INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED

We started Constructiviq India Private Limited a while back and we’re based here in Kothrud. Our office is at Flat Number 203 in the Sadafulee building, which is part of S. No. 697. If you know the area, we are quite close to the Karishma society. It’s a busy part of Pune but we like it here because everything is nearby. Most of the people working here are local, so we know the roads and the shortcuts around this side of town pretty well. We spend most of our days dealing with the usual paperwork and project stuff that comes with running a private limited company in the construction field. It’s not always easy, especially with the traffic on the main roads during peak hours, but we make it work. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we get things done and have our tea breaks. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and have gotten used to the noise from the street and the rhythm of the neighborhood. People often drop by or call us when they see the name on the door. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation, just a group of people working together in this corner of Pune. Kothrud has changed a lot over the years, and being near Karishma means there’s always something going on outside our window. It’s just how we operate day to day. We don't have big marketing plans, we just focus on the task at hand and keep things moving forward.
