You can find us at Shop No 308 in Patil Plaza, which is right by Mitramandal Chowk near Saras Baug. It’s a busy area of Pune, especially with all the people visiting the park nearby. Consortech Tools I Pvt Ltd is just one of many small businesses in this plaza. Our shop is on the third floor, so we spend a lot of time waiting for the elevator or just taking the stairs if we’re in a hurry. The space is mostly filled with shelves and boxes of different tools. It’s not exactly organized like a showroom, but we know where most things are. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of inventory coming in at once. We’ve got a small desk near the front where we handle the billing and phone calls. The light in the hallway is a bit dim, but our shop is bright enough once you step inside. We get a mix of regulars and people who just happen to be passing through the plaza. Usually, we're talking shop with customers about what they need for their projects. We don’t really do much advertising; word of mouth seems to work okay for us. Lunch is often something from one of the stalls downstairs. It’s a decent place to work, even if the traffic outside is a bit loud during rush hour.
