Confin Infra Llp has its office in Pune, right in the old Kasba Peth area. We are located at Sumero Apartments. Kasba Peth is one of the oldest parts of the city, so it’s got a lot of character, but the streets are pretty narrow. It can be a challenge getting equipment in and out, but we’ve lived here a long time and know how to manage. We aren’t some big, shiny corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s a working office where we handle the details of our infrastructure projects. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and permits. The building is simple, and we like it that way. Most of our work is spread out across Maharashtra, but this is where we come back to at the end of the day. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things. Whether it’s a small renovation or a bigger infra job, we treat it the same way. We take our time to get it right, but we don't dawdle either. People in Pune know that Kasba Peth is a busy place, and we fit right in. We’re just local people doing local work. We don't have a big marketing department because we don't really need one. Our work usually speaks for itself when people see it finished. It’s just how things go around here.
