There are no big corporate speeches here. We don't have a handbook telling us how to smile at customers. We just talk to people like normal human beings. Sometimes the internet goes down or the power cuts out and we just take a break until it comes back. It’s a very grounded way of working. We handle the technical bits and the paperwork that most people find boring. It’s what we are good at, so we just stick to that.
