CN NIRMITI PRIVATE LIMITED is based in Tilakwadi, in Flat No 301 on the 3rd floor of the Akaravi Disha building. We are right near Dhanwantari Hospital, so it is a very busy and noisy neighborhood most days. You can always hear the sounds of the city and the hospital traffic from our windows. We do a lot of planning and development work here. The office is pretty straightforward with white walls, a few desks, and some drafting tables. It is not a place meant for lounging around. We get in, have our morning tea, and start looking at the day’s tasks immediately. Tilakwadi is a good spot for us because it is central to a lot of our project sites. We have been here for a bit now, and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We do not use any fancy management software or anything like that, just some spreadsheets and a lot of handwritten notes. It is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We are not a big team, so we all have to know a little bit about everything to keep things running. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We do not have any polished speeches about what we do. We just work on our projects, deal with the usual delays and headaches, and try to do a decent job every day. It is just us doing what we know how to do best.
