CLONE PROPERTIES LLP is located in Ravet, over in the Dehuroad area of Pune. Our office is in the Nano Space building, specifically Flat 403 in Wing C. We are right opposite the Jakat Naka, so it’s a landmark most people in the neighborhood recognize easily. Working in Ravet is quite something because the whole area is changing so quickly with new buildings popping up everywhere. We are part of that whole scene, dealing with properties and real estate stuff every day. The office is part of the Rishi Chandrarang Associates setup. It’s a busy little corner of Haveli. Most of our day is spent talking to people who are looking for a place to live or invest in. We deal with a lot of local property details that can get a bit tedious, like checking titles or making sure the measurements are right. It’s not always glamorous, but it is necessary. Since we are right on the main road near the Naka, we see a lot of the local traffic and the daily bustle of the town. We’ve grown used to the noise and the pace of the area. We just do our thing here, helping people figure out their property situations. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way. No big speeches, just looking at maps and talking through the options with whoever walks through the door to see us.
