Classic Kitchens

Classic Kitchens is based on Hingne Sinhagad Road, just a short walk from the Joshi Wadewale. If you know the area, you know how busy that road can get, especially during the morning rush. Our shop is where we show people different setups and talk about what might work for their own homes. It’s not a huge showroom, but we’ve squeezed in enough to give people a good idea of what we do. We mostly spend our time sketching out plans or visiting sites to measure things up. It’s a lot of practical work, getting the heights right and making sure there’s enough space for the fridge and cabinets. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. Usually, people just come in because they saw a neighbor’s kitchen or they were grabbing a snack nearby and noticed our sign. The back of the shop is often a bit messy with wood samples and hardware bits lying around. We try to keep it organized, but when we’re busy, things tend to pile up on the tables. It’s just the three or four of us here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to cleaning the floors at the end of the day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Pune. We just want to do a decent job so people are happy with where they cook their meals.
