Ckn Infrastructure Private Limited is on Prabhat Road in Erandvana. Our office is at 38/17 in Lane 10. It is a very nice and quiet lane with a lot of trees, which makes it a pleasant change from the busy construction sites we usually visit. The office is just a regular room in an older building. We have a few desks and some chairs for visitors. It is not a fancy corporate space at all. We have a lot of stacks of paper and project folders because we still like to keep physical records of everything. Most of our day is spent talking to engineers and checking on the progress of various infrastructure projects around Pune. Erandvana is a good place to be because it is quite central. We don't have any big advertisements or flashy signs outside. People who need us usually know where to find us. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. We often have tea together and talk about the challenges of the current jobs. It’s a very simple and straightforward way to run a business. We don't worry about being polished; we just focus on doing the engineering work correctly. It’s a steady pace of work here and we just keep going until everything is sorted for the week.
