CKI RUBBER TECHNOLOGIES (I) PRIVATE LIMITED

Our setup is located at Gat No. 299/2 in Karegaon, which is near Shirur. This is more of an industrial area, so it is quite different from being in the city. We work with rubber technologies, which sounds technical, but mostly it involves a lot of machines and heat. The facility is not very pretty to look at. It is a functional space where we produce different rubber parts. The air usually smells a bit like burnt rubber and machinery oil. We have a small office section where we handle the orders and shipping details. It gets very hot during the summer months out here in Karegaon. We don't have a lot of decorative stuff on the walls. Mostly just calendars and safety posters. The road outside can be quite dusty with all the trucks passing by. We are just a local team of people who understand how to work the presses and manage the raw materials. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them ourselves. It is a hands-on kind of place. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. Most of our communication is done over the phone or in person on the factory floor. Being based in Shirur means we are close to our industrial customers, which is the main thing that matters. We just keep our heads down and try to produce good parts every day without any drama or unnecessary talk.
