Citysky Ventures (Opc) Private Limited

I run Citysky Ventures as a one-person company from my flat in Kolhewadi. The office is Fl No. C-204 in the Narayan Bagh complex, which is part of Gat No. 42. It is a quiet spot in Pune, far enough from the main city noise to actually get some work done. I handle everything myself, from the initial calls to the final site visits. It is a lot of work for one person, but I enjoy the independence it gives me. Narayan Bagh is a nice community and being based here makes the day-to-day stuff much easier. I don’t have a big staff or a fancy reception area. If someone wants to talk business, we usually just sit down and get right to it. Most of my work involves various ventures around the local area. I’ve seen Kolhewadi develop quite a bit over the last few years. It’s interesting to be right in the middle of all that change. I spend a lot of time on my computer or out on the road checking on things. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is honest work. I don't use big words or try to impress anyone with corporate talk. I just focus on getting the tasks finished one by one. Sometimes the days are long and the paperwork piles up, but that is just how it is when you run your own show. It’s a simple, practical way to make a living in Pune.
