City Stars Properties

Our place, City Stars Properties, is located at Plot No. 544/1 on Kasarwadi Road. We are out here in Barshi, which is part of the Solapur district. It is a bit of a drive if you are coming from the main city area. The road outside can get quite dusty when the trucks go past, but we keep the doors closed to stay a bit cleaner. It’s a basic office setup. I have a wooden desk that’s been here since we started. Most of our work involves the land and buildings nearby in the district. We talk to farmers and people moving into town. It’s a lot of talking and walking around to show people boundaries. The sun gets really hot here in the afternoons, so we usually have the fan going full blast. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and local maps. It feels like a real local spot where people can just walk in and ask what’s for sale. Sometimes my brother helps out with the filings. We spend a lot of time checking documents and making sure things are right. It’s quiet work for the most part, except for the noise from Kasarwadi Road. We've been at this plot for a while now. It’s just a regular business where we try to keep track of who is buying what in Barshi. There is always someone looking for a bit of land near the road.
