City Corporation Ltd. is located out in Hadapsar. We are specifically over at Survey No-174 on the Malwadi Mundhwa Road. It’s in the Sadesatranali area, which used to be mostly fields but is now filling up fast. We’ve been working from this location for quite some time. The office is a bit of a trek for some people, but it’s where we do all our planning. We deal with land and city development stuff, mostly in this part of Pune. It’s a lot of surveying and looking at maps. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into the office, but that’s just how it is with all the construction nearby. We aren't a high-rise corporate office with a lobby. It’s more of a practical workspace where we can spread out our charts. There are a few of us here every day. We know the local roads and the way the land sits around Hadapsar really well. People come to us when they need to know about plots or what’s happening with the roads. We don't have a big sales pitch. We just tell people what the situation is. It’s a lot of coordination with different departments and making sure the numbers add up. We stay pretty busy throughout the week. Sometimes we have to head out to the sites in the heat, which isn't always fun, but it needs doing. The area keeps growing, so there is always a new project to keep an eye on. That's about it for our office.
