Our office is in Daund, tucked away in the Devgiri Apartment building. We are in flat A-5. Daund is a busy place, mostly known for the big railway junction, so there is always a lot of movement around town. Being in an apartment like Devgiri makes the whole workday feel a bit more relaxed than being in a massive office block. It’s a regular residential building, so we see families and neighbors all the time. We aren't trying to stand out with huge neon signs or anything like that. We just have our space where we handle the day-to-day operations. The Pune district is huge, but Daund has a very specific feel to it. It’s a bit dusty and loud because of the trains and the traffic, but we’ve grown to like it. Inside the flat, we’ve set up our desks and equipment in a way that works for us. It’s not a polished showroom, just a functional workspace. We usually start the day with a cup of tea and a quick talk about what needs to happen before the evening. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which keeps us moving. We don't have a corporate handbook or fancy rules. We just work hard and treat people fairly. It’s a decent life here in Daund, and we’re happy to be part of the community in our own small way.
