Our place for Chroma Energy Pvt. Ltd. is at 397/6 on Senapati Bapat Road in Pune. We are right by the Gokhale Nagar Signal, so we hear the traffic lights changing and horns honking all day long. It is a very busy intersection, which means we are easy to find if you are driving through this part of town. The office isn't very big, but it fits all of us well enough. We have a couple of computers, a printer that sometimes jams at the worst moments, and a lot of notebooks scattered around on the tables. Senapati Bapat Road is always moving, and sometimes we just watch the bikes go by during our lunch break. We usually bring our own tiffins and eat together in the small back room near the files. The weather in Pune is usually okay, but the afternoons can get a bit stuffy in the office if we don't keep the air moving with the fans. We aren't doing anything out of the ordinary here. Just a group of people trying to stay productive. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad compared to other parts of the city. Being near the signal means we see a lot of the local life happening right outside our door every hour. It is a very grounded kind of place to work. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a map. It’s just how we like it.
