Chordia Landmarks

Our office is tucked away in Shivsagar Apartment, specifically at Flat No. 6 on Law College Road. It is a relatively quiet spot in the Satellite area compared to the busier parts of the city. We at Chordia Landmarks use this apartment as our home base for every project we take on. It is not your typical commercial office space that you might see in a big tower. It feels a lot more like a residence that we slowly turned into a workspace over time. We have our desks set up in the different rooms. There are usually various maps and stacks of papers spread out all over the tables. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or talking to people who decide to drop by. The overall vibe here is pretty relaxed. We are not the type to wear suits most of the time. It is just us working on local projects. Law College Road is a really nice place to be located. We like the old trees and the general feel of this neighborhood. Sometimes the parking can be a bit of a headache for people coming to see us, but we usually manage to find a spot. We have been in this apartment for a while now and it fits our needs perfectly. We do not have a big neon sign outside, just our simple name on the door. It is a grounded way to work.
